Yes. We print what you type, including capitals, spaces and accents, so please check the spelling before you check out. The name shown in our photos is only an example.

Email support@velmigood.com with your order number as soon as possible. If production has not started we will update it free of charge. Once a plaque is printed, changes are no longer possible.

Each design has one name field. We do not add extra text, dates or photos, so the finished plaque matches the design you see.

Because every plaque is made to order, you can cancel free of charge before production starts. Email us with your order number and we will confirm.

Solid acrylic about 0.59 in (1.5 cm) thick, cut to the outline of the design. It stands on its own on a shelf, desk or windowsill.

Six sizes, measured along the longest side: 3.94 in, 5.91 in, 7.87 in, 9.84 in, 11.81 in and 13.78 in (10–35 cm). Sizes are approximate because each shape is different. See our size guide.

No. The depth is a printed effect on a flat surface. Jewel-like facets and metallic tones are printed, not real stones or metal.

No. There is no LED light and no wooden base; the thick acrylic stands by itself.

Wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth, lightly damp with water and a drop of mild soap. Avoid alcohol, ammonia and paper towels. Read our care guide.

Product photos are digital previews of the design. Colors on the finished piece may vary slightly from your screen.

Production takes 3–5 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 7–15 business days in the United States and 10–25 business days elsewhere. See Shipping information.

Yes, to most countries. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Track your order page.

Personalized items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Email a photo of the plaque and packaging to support@velmigood.com within 30 days of delivery. If it was damaged in transit or printed wrong through our error, we will remake it or refund you in full. See our refund policy.

Tracking can pause for a few days, especially at customs. If it has not updated for 10 days, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
