Shipping policy
Every VelmiGood product is made to order. We do not hold inventory: each piece is printed on acrylic, laser cut to shape and polished only after your order is placed.
Processing time
2–4 business days from the time you order until the piece ships. Personalized items may take 1 extra day for artwork preparation.
Shipping time and cost
- United States: 7–15 business days after dispatch. Free shipping on orders over $139; $7.99 flat rate below that.
- Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days after dispatch. Free shipping on orders over $139; $7.99 flat rate below that.
- Other countries: 12–25 business days after dispatch. Free shipping on orders over $139; $7.99 flat rate below that.
Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are always shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Tracking events may take 2–4 days to appear after dispatch.
Where we make and ship from
Orders are produced at our production partners in the United States and Asia depending on the product line, and shipped directly to you. Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not moved for 10 days, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@velmigood.com with your order number. We open a carrier investigation and, if the parcel is lost or damaged, remake and reship it at no cost.
Address changes
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change the shipping address. Once a piece is in production we cannot change the address.
