  • Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, payment details (processed by Shopify Payments and its partners; we never store full card numbers), and the artwork, text, or photos you upload for a custom shape order.
  • Device information: browser, IP address, time zone, cookies, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected through cookies, log files, and pixels.
  • Customer support: any message you send us by email or through the contact form.

How we use it

  • To produce and ship your order, process payment, and send order confirmations and shipping updates.
  • To screen orders for fraud and comply with legal obligations.
  • To answer support requests and handle returns or reprints.
  • With your consent, to send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • To improve the Site and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Custom artwork

Files you upload are used only to produce your item and to help you with that order. We keep them for up to 12 months in case you need a reprint, then delete them. We never sell, publish, or reuse your artwork without your written permission.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (hosting, checkout, and payments), our production partner (name and shipping address only, to make and pack your item), shipping carriers, email service providers, and analytics and advertising platforms such as Google. We may also share information to comply with applicable laws or to protect our rights.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info. US residents can use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer.

Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes, unless you ask us to delete them and no legal obligation prevents it.

Your rights
