Every VelmiGood plaque is printed and cut to order after you place your order. Here is what to expect.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak season, carriers can take a few extra days, so order early for birthdays and holidays.
Cost
- Flat rate: $7.99 per order.
- Free shipping on orders over $139.
The exact shipping cost is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. When your order leaves our production partner you will receive an email with the tracking number. Tracking events can take 2–4 days to appear after dispatch. Check progress anytime on our Track your order page.
Customs and duties
For orders outside the United States, import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address changes
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us before your order ships and we will update it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your plaque arrives damaged, email support@velmigood.com with your order number and a photo. We will remake it or refund you in full. Full details are in our shipping policy and refund policy.
